General Description |
This locus features darker clayey soil with mid-sized cobbles included. Also several big stones (with size up 20x40cm) were included in this dark fill. This stones are the biggest stones found in QID3 until now. The presence of this ditch became clear in the planum of 1.5.2018, where a clear division of the dark-brown fill to the reddish soil E was noticed. In the fillings above (Locus:176905:020 and Locus:176905 ) . Therefore some of the material belonging to L026 is incorporated in L.020 AND L.024. Below the dark fill several bigger stones im verbund became visible that might either belong to wall .003 or represent a different wall, that was set to the eastern face of .003. the dark fill reaches down to the elevation of L.13 which we hit with the sounding 4. The strtatigrafical relation are clearified in a 3d-drawing of 2.5.18 |
