| Description | Elongated object with a domed-shaped extremity, broken at the opposite extremity. Curved on the sides apart from two opposite flattish sides. On the domed-shaped extremity some pounding marks are visible, which suggests this tool could be a pestle. But because of the two flattish sides, a use as a handstone could also be possible. The flattish sides however do not show any striation or polishing. Its shape and size fits very well in one hand. Box 1 |
