Description of the Locus
| General Description |
Dry soft soil, loamy, its components were cobbles, many pottery sherds, bone fragments and bioturbation. Bones were found in all the context but they were mostly concentreated in clusters. Very poorly sorted with large and small particles together. Broken baked bricks also found. A large iron object was found (but not collected) and photographed because we though it may have shown up in the geophysics. |
